I usually don’t trust customer service to actually help, but I had a question and they got back to me quickly. They sorted it out without making it a whole thing, which was a nice surprise.

I did a RunThrough event last weekend the route was really easy to follow. The signs was clear and there were plenty of marshals right where you needed them, so I never felt confused about where to go. It made the whole run feel a lot less stressful, and I’d definitely be happy to book another one

Did a RunThrough event last weekend the timing was spot on. My chip time matched my watch pretty much exactly, maybe a second or two off at most. Results were up quickly too, which was a nice change because it’s ridiculous how many events make you wait around or leave everyone confused at the finish. No messing about, no excuses, just properly handled. I’d definitely use them again for another race.

I did a RunThrough event and, to be fair, the medal was actually really nice. It had a good weight to it and didn’t feel cheap, which I’ve definitely had happen with other events before. The design was clear, the ribbon was decent, and mine arrived without any scratches or marks, so no complaints there. That said, I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t feel more unique or memorable. It’s good quality overall, but I just wish it had a little something extra to make it stand out more...

I’ve done a few RunThrough events now and, to be fair, the start line has been smooth every time. The waves were clearly set out, there wasn’t any pushing around, and the staff actually seemed to know what they were doing, which is more than you can say for some events.

The atmosphere suited me perfectly, with friendly runners around, music at the start, and marshals cheering everyone on, which definitely gave me a boost when I needed it. The bag drop was a bit busy, which was slightly annoying for me, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, I left feeling like I’d had a fun morning, and I’d definitely sign myself up for another one

I did a RunThrough event last weekend i was half expecting something to be a bit chaotic, but it all ended up being really straightforward. The emails beforehand were clear, the parking info was actually useful, and picking up my number on the day was quick with no stress. I did wonder if the start times might slip a bit, but they were pretty much spot on. The marshals were friendly, and the water and medals were all handled well too. I’d happily book another one.

I finished the race and my result was already online before I even got home. Super handy and no fuss at all, honestly. Was kinda surprised how quick it showed up lol.

Picked up a t-shirt at a RunThrough event it was decent. The design was nice and the fit was alright, nothing amazing but definitely wearable. The price felt fair too. Only thing was the queue moved slowly, and by that point I was already a bit tired of waiting around and dealing with event stuff. Still, I’d probably buy one again at another race.

The crowd kept me going. Such a nice vibe.

Did a RunThrough event recently it turned into a bit of a mini adventure before breakfast. Number pickup was super easy, and the marshals were genuinely lovely, which felt like a blessing considering I was still half asleep and questioning every life choice at the start line. The course was well marked, the atmosphere had a nice buzz, and getting the medal and snacks at the end felt like a proper little victory scene. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the toilet queue was absolutely dramatic, and a few sections of the course got a bit too crowded. Still, I had a really good morning overall and I’d definitely book another one...

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the bib pickup was. I got mine quickly, didn’t run into any hassle, and was in and out before I knew it...

I came into the finish line completely exhausted and just ready to be done, but then the staff started cheering us in and my mood flipped so fast. It felt smooth, organized, and surprisingly emotional in the best way. That little boost at the end really made the whole experience feel special.

Most of the pics came out clear, but a few were blurry, so I’m not really sure what happened there. Overall decent, just wish they’d all been sharp.

As someone who really appreciates clear communication, I was genuinely happy with the support I got throughout the whole process. They were helpful, responsive, and made everything feel much easier from start to finish...

Getting to the venue was really easy. No stressing about where to go, no confusing entrances, no wandering around looking for signs, no awkward circles around the block, and no trouble getting inside. It was just simple and smooth, which I really appreciated
